This headset allows me to hear radio communications better without dampening cockpit voice communications. I've tried 'all' the other headsets, including ANR, and these work best.
Very helpful as my hearing in one ear is better than the other, but the sound volume cannot be independently adjusted. I can see where a behind the neck 'sport' headband would be better. I remove them at cruise as they're a tight fit.
Airline headset do not come with a case.
Overall, very nice.

Highly recommend airline headphone unless your cockpit is extremely noisy in cruise.
