“Frog skin” leather earmuffs
“Frog skin” leather earmuffs are crumpled , not that good looking and always used for low-cost low-end headset products. After time of usage ,it’s easy to get dregs peeled from earmuffs. This type of earmuff is very good for disposable headphones.
Silicone ear cushions
Silicone ear cushions are the least comfortable to wear. It’s very cheap but also very uncomfortable to wear ,especially when sweat on Silicone Earmuffs.
Lint ear cushions
Comfortable to wear ,Looks high end . However, but have a shortcoming: easy to dip hair and dust. In winter, making you warmer . On the other hand , not good in summer.
PU leather cushions
PU leather cushions have a longer lifetime usage than the “Frog skin” leather earmuffs, Though they have similar material components. This kind of cushions are widely used for ordinary headphones. It’s more durable, wearable & comfortable than the previous 3 types : silicone ,Frog skin , lint ones .
Foam earmuffs or sponge ear cushions
Foam earmuffs are very comfortable , light weight , almost none pressure on ears . Lots of people like foam headphones . Also you’ll have a better protection for your ears , since they ‘ll let some of sounds out . Will not get all sounds sealed in ears . The price is very cheap too. You can find a very famous brand Koss who use foam as their cushions since 30years ago , and still very popular in nowadays.
Protein leather earmuffs
Protein earmuffs touches smooth, are very comfortable ,long time usage, wearable,durable. You will not have a sense of oppression from these earmuffs, it is an ideal type of earmuffs. Generally used for high-end headphones . The cost will a little expensive ,of course.
