Q2. How can I check the quality?
A2. We recommend you to test sample firstly, the bulk order will be the same quality as sample.
Q3. How long can I expect to get the sample?
A3. After you pay the sample charge and send us confirmed files, the samples will be ready for delivery in 3 - 7 days. The samples will be sent to you via express and arrive in 3-5 workdays. You can use your own express account or prepay us if you do not have an account.
Q4. What is our MOQ?
A4. For stock models, our MOQ is 100pcs;
For customization order, MOQ is 1000pcs.
Q5. What Is Our Quality Warranty?
A5. The quality warranty is 12 months. When you found defective products, please collect pictures or video and send to us. Our quality department will check what is reason. If defectives in the quality warranty range, we will arrange replacements with next orders.
Q6. What is our payment terms and method?

b ) 30% deposit before the production, 70% balance
payment before the delivery.
