Q1. Are you a manufacturer or trade company?
A1. We are 100% original Headphones & Earphones manufacturer since 2008. We are warmly welcome you to
visit our factory and cooperate with us.
Q2. How can I check the quality?
A2. We recommend you to test sample firstly, the bulk order will be the same quality as the sample.
Q3. How long can I expect to get the sample?
A3. After you pay the sample charge and send us confirmed files, the samples will be ready for delivery in 3-7 days. The samples will be sent to you via express and arrive in 3-5 workdays. You can use your own express account or prepay us if you do not have an account.
Q4. What is our MOQ?
A4. For stock models,our MOQ is 100pcs;
For customization order, MOQ is 1000pcs.
Q5. What Is Our Quality Warranty?
A5. The quality warranty is 12 months. When you found defective products, please collect pictures or video and send to us. Our quality department will check what is the reason. If defectives in the quality warranty range, we will arrange replacements with next orders.
Q6. What is our payment terms and method?

a ) EXW, FOB SZ/HK.
b ) 30% deposit before the production, 70% balance
payment before the delivery.
c ) T/T, Paypal, L/C,Paypal, etc for your choice.
Q7. How long is the production time?
A7. For customization order, it is 15-25 working days.
